Refund Policy
At Emerald Jewelry, each piece is created with dedication, noble materials, and high quality standards. Many of our jewelry pieces are personalized, making them unique items crafted especially for each customer. For this reason, our refund policy is governed by the following guidelines:
Personalized Jewelry
Personalized jewelry (engraved with names, dates, phrases, symbols, or special designs) is not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as these items are made exclusively according to the customer’s specifications.
Non-Personalized Jewelry
Items that do not include any type of personalization may be eligible for an exchange or refund within 7 to 14 calendar days from the date the product is received, provided that:
The item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging with all accessories included.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories that were sent with it.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required (no exceptions).
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or refunded; sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Production Errors or Defects
If your jewelry presents a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Emerald Jewelry, we commit to:
Repairing the piece at no additional cost, or
Replacing it with a new one, or
Issuing a full refund, as applicable.
Claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order and must include clear photographs of the product.
Clasp Manufacturing Defects
We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects in the clasps. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at (add relevant email address) and send your item to (relevant address).
Errors in Customer-Provided Information
Emerald Jewelry is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (such as mistakes in names, dates, sizes, phrases, or symbols). We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from refunds or exchanges:

Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund request.
If approved, your exchange will be processed within 15 business days after acceptance.
Delayed Exchanges
If you have not received notification of your exchange after 7 business days following approval, please contact us via the email address and/or phone number listed at the bottom of the page.
Request Process
To request a refund, exchange, or repair, the customer must contact us through our official support channel and provide:

Our team will carefully evaluate each case and respond within 3 to 10 business days.
Right to Modify
Emerald Jewelry reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, while always honoring the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Emerald Jewelry. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
If you receive an exchange, the return shipping cost and applicable taxes will be deducted from your total amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, as we have no control over shipping carriers. Be sure to include all correct information to avoid issues with your return.
We only offer exchanges within the first 5 days after receiving your product. The exchange must comply with the policies above and must be for an item of equal or greater value (if greater, the customer must pay the difference). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, return and exchange policies will no longer be valid.
